Mailosaur Sub-Processors

Effective: 22nd January 2024

Mailosaur Ltd (“Mailosaur”) may engage and use data processors with access to certain Customer Data (each, a “Sub-Processor”) in order to support delivery of our Services.

Mailosaur currently uses third party Sub-Processors to provide infrastructure services, and to help provide customer support functions. Prior to engaging any third party Sub-Processor, Mailosaur performs due diligence to evaluate their privacy and security practices.

All our processors have been evaluated and chosen with data security and privacy in mind. Written contracts/addenda are in place, incorporating the standard contractual clauses for data transfers between EU and non-EU countries as required.

Infrastructure & Customer Engagement Sub-Processors

Mailosaur may use the following Sub-Processors to host & securely manage Customer Data or provide other infrastructure that helps with the delivery of our Services:
