When you sign up for a free trial, you’ll have access to all our features. If you want to extend your trial, just contact us. At any point during the trial you can choose a plan and pay by credit card from within your account, or contact us about managed billing.
You can pay for Mailosaur Starter, Business and Professional with a credit card, debit card or with a Google/Apple Pay account. We also support invoice payments for our Business, Professional and Enterprise plans.
Mailosaur Ltd is a UK registered company, so we are required to charge VAT at 20% for all UK-based individuals & businesses. Customers in the EU countries will only be charged VAT, at their local rate, if they are unable to supply a valid EU VAT number. We do not charge tax for other customers. All prices within mailosaur.com are shown excluding VAT.
When upgrading your current plan, you will be charged the pro-rated difference between what you have already paid and the cost of the new plan for the remaining period. At the next billing cycle you will be charged as normal. When downgrading, or moving from from annual to monthly billing, your change will take place at the start of your next billing cycle.

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription, add and remove seats, increase and decrease usage limits or change the billing cadence via the Billing Management screen.
After an initial failed payment, we apply a grace period on your account and attempt to process the payment several times over the course of a few weeks. After four failed payments, your account will be disabled.
You can re-enable your account and trigger a new payment attempt simply by updating the payment method on your account, via the Billing Management screen.
You can access your invoice history via the Billing Management screen.
