Deleting your account

Maybe you have a duplicate account or perhaps you want to leave Mailosaur. Either way, here is how to delete an account.

How to delete a trial account

To delete an account, you must be an Account Administrator. If you are, you can delete your account using the Mailosaur Dashboard.

  1. Go to the Account Settings area in the Mailosaur Dashboard.
  2. Click Invoicing & billing.
  3. Click the Edit button at the top of the Current plan panel. If you do not see this button, you’ll need to contact the support team.
  4. In the menu that appears, click Delete account and follow the on-screen instructions.

Cancelling your subscription

If you want to pause or cancel your subscription on your account, you can do so using the Mailosaur Dashboard. You must be a Billing Administrator for this to work.

  1. Go to the Account Settings area in the Mailosaur Dashboard.
  2. Click Invoicing & billing.
  3. Click the Edit button at the top of the Current plan panel. If you do not see this button, you’ll need to contact the support team.
  4. Click Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.

Once cancelled, you will still be able to use your account until your next renewal date.
