How to delete a trial account
To delete an account, you must be an Account Administrator. If you are, you can delete your account using the Mailosaur Dashboard.
- Go to the Account Settings area in the Mailosaur Dashboard.
- Click Invoicing & billing.
- Click the Edit button at the top of the Current plan panel. If you do not see this button, you’ll need to contact the support team.
- In the menu that appears, click Delete account and follow the on-screen instructions.
Cancelling your subscription
If you want to pause or cancel your subscription on your account, you can do so using the Mailosaur Dashboard. You must be a Billing Administrator for this to work.
- Go to the Account Settings area in the Mailosaur Dashboard.
- Click Invoicing & billing.
- Click the Edit button at the top of the Current plan panel. If you do not see this button, you’ll need to contact the support team.
- Click Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.
Once cancelled, you will still be able to use your account until your next renewal date.
